Telos Tenant Improvement

The Telos tenant improvement project was a unique design-build remodel. The project included major demolition of existing partition walls, HVAC and finishes. Renovation enhancements included structural modifications for the mezzanine, insulating the walls and attic, installing sinks and floor drains, polyaspartic flooring, new commercial doors, egress lighting enhancements and industrial epoxy paint.
