About Chad Mapp
Chad Mapp is a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Design-Builder and the founder of Mappco Construction. Mappco specializes in supporting owners in commercial construction from project conception to completion. He has a Masters in Construction Management.
Chad has over 20 years of professional construction management experience with a diverse background in the commercial construction industry. He has served as a construction manager/general contractor, owner’s representative, senior project manager and LEED consultant for dozens of projects.
He’s also the coach on his daughter’s Odyssey of the Mind team, enjoys tinkering on his home in Old Town Fort Collins, and loves spending summer vacations in Colorado with his wife, daughter, and good ol’ dog Daisy.
Given Chad’s knowledge and expertise, I would engage his services from concept and design stage to completion of another project.
