Scope: Remodel - Tenant Improvement

Interior remodel of an existing office space into new optical office for Edge Optics. Mappco worked as the Construction Manager/General Contractor to support the owners, Dr. Mason Bryant and Mindy Bryant as well as VFLA architects. The project involved a new layout with three exam rooms, sales area, kids play area, offices, breakroom and lab. The scope of work included all new finishes, new lighting as well as mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications.

Mappco delivered this high-quality project a month ahead of schedule and on budget.
