Scope: Remodel - Tenant Improvement

This extensive renovation project marked a significant transformation for the Veterans Center in Fort Collins. Serving veterans, service members, and their families free of charge in a non-medical environment, the Fort Collins Vet Center offers vital services such as counseling for depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Collaborating with Hauser Architects and the Vet Center, Mappco took on the role of construction manager/general contractor. Together, we conceptualized and executed a design to revitalize the existing building, creating a state-of-the-art space aimed at enhancing support for veterans.

Chad came in at the start and worked closely with our architect and the Veterans Center to create a design, budget, schedule, and handle all the permitting. He partnered with the architect during the planning phase and then managed the project through two phases of construction to on-time completion. I was really stressed about this project and working with Chad and the team at Mappco made the whole thing really smooth and trouble-free…Mappco will get all my future business!
