Mappco worked with r4 Architects to build this boutique gym for Body 20 in Fort Collins. Body 20 is a personalized, technology-based workout experience using electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) technology. This new interior tenant finish involved building a workout studio, changing rooms, laundry room, offices and restroom as well as custom fabricated furniture in the reception and prep areas. The scope of work included all new walls, finishes, custom lighting, new HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
