Scope: Remodel - Tenant Improvement

The Bonfire Effect's tenant improvement project involved revitalizing an existing historic building nestled in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Situated within the Downtown Historic core district, Mappco teamed up with Bonfire Effect's creative professionals and Dalton Davis to execute a collaborative approach in crafting a truly remarkable office environment.

Through the demolition of partition walls, two separate spaces were seamlessly merged into one expansive professional office area. Drawing inspiration from Bonfire's innovative spirit, the design concept showcased a plethora of unique themes. From the eclectic flooring patterns to the seamless blend of industrial and historical accents, every detail exudes creativity.

The project encompassed a comprehensive scope of work, including extensive demolition, new offices, conference room, and new building systems such as more energy efficient HVAC and lighting systems combining modern functionality with timeless aesthetics.
