Scope: Remodel - Tenant Improvement

Mappco is proud to have worked with Apex Endovascular in the transformation of a former dental office into a cutting-edge medical office and outpatient surgical center. Collaborating closely with Apex Endovascular, our design-build team worked with the existing conditions to bring to life an outpatient facility tailored for minimally invasive, image-guided therapies. Board-certified vascular specialist, Dr. Shawn Ahmed, now offers comprehensive vascular interventional care, wound care, and vascular health support from this newly renovated Fort Collins medical office. Our expertise guided the process from major interior demolition to the meticulous construction of essential spaces: an advanced outpatient surgical procedure center, patient recovery areas, a central nursing station, and functional offices for staff members. This project stands as a testament to Mappco's commitment to excellence in design-build solutions.
