Scope: New Construction - Tenant Finish

Mappco served as the design-builder on this new interior tenant finish for Anchor Roofing. “Modern industrial” was the design theme and there were a lot of custom features on this project. Notice the full-height custom fabricated metal framed interior windows, bar tops, and tables!

The scope of work included new walls, finishes, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting throughout. Mappco delivered this high-quality project on schedule and on budget.
